Volunteer Appreciation Party-DB (VAPDB)
Our Volunteer coordination team is the backbone of our event and collects all the responses from our participants that want to get involved with one of our teams or another. We essentially organize the teams and work to ensure all of our volunteers are registered on our site and know how to sign up for shifts. We also throw a party to celebrate all the volunteers and we need help with this!
What we do
Help plan the party, procur and transport supplies for drinks and some snacks and organize a place to host it. The VC team will help of course and work with the volunteers to accomplish this.

The event will take place from 1-2 on the Sunday of the event. So it would be around 2-3 hours to host and clean up after.
